Classic Raclette
Easy 15 mins prep 25 mins cooking 4-6 servings
Traditional Alpine dish featuring melted Raclette cheese served with potatoes, pickles, and charcuterie. Perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients
- 800g Raclette cheese, sliced
- 1kg small potatoes
- 200g cornichons (small pickles)
- 200g pearl onions
- Assorted charcuterie
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes
- 2. Slice the Raclette cheese
- 3. Heat Raclette grill according to manufacturer's instructions
- 4. Melt cheese in individual raclette pans
- 5. Serve with potatoes, pickles, and charcuterie
Chef's Notes
- Traditional Raclette cheese works best, but you can substitute with Gruyère
- Keep potatoes warm while serving
- Pair with a crisp white wine from Savoy or Switzerland
