Hot Cheese Dip
Easy 15 mins prep 25 mins cooking 8-10 servings
A luxuriously creamy, bubbling hot cheese dip featuring four cheeses and roasted garlic. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 200g mozzarella, grated
- 150g cheddar, grated
- 100g Parmesan, grated
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 240ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread and vegetables for serving
Instructions
- 1. Roast garlic head with olive oil until soft (25 mins)
- 2. Mix cream cheese with roasted garlic
- 3. Add remaining cheeses and cream
- 4. Season with herbs and spices
- 5. Transfer to baking dish
- 6. Bake at 180°C until bubbly and golden (20-25 mins)
Chef's Notes
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving
- Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetables
