Hot Cheese Dip

A luxuriously creamy, bubbling hot cheese dip featuring four cheeses and roasted garlic. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g mozzarella, grated
  • 150g cheddar, grated
  • 100g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 240ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread and vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Roast garlic head with olive oil until soft (25 mins)
  2. 2. Mix cream cheese with roasted garlic
  3. 3. Add remaining cheeses and cream
  4. 4. Season with herbs and spices
  5. 5. Transfer to baking dish
  6. 6. Bake at 180°C until bubbly and golden (20-25 mins)

Chef's Notes

  • Let cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing
  • Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving
  • Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetables
