Three-Cheese Quiche

A luxurious quiche featuring a blend of Gruyère, Emmental, and aged Parmesan cheese in a buttery pastry crust.

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
- 200g Gruyère cheese, grated
- 150g Emmental cheese, grated
- 50g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 4 large eggs
- 240ml heavy cream
- 240ml whole milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- 2. Blind bake pie crust for 15 minutes
- 3. Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, and seasonings
- 4. Layer cheeses in the crust
- 5. Pour egg mixture over cheese
- 6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and set
Chef's Notes
- Let quiche rest for 15 minutes before serving
- Can be served warm or at room temperature
- For extra richness, use all heavy cream instead of milk
